Companion Service - We are
happy to join you on the trail or water as a companion on day or
multi-day trips. Plan your trip, set your pace, visit destinations that
interest you while knowing you are not alone in the event something
unexpected occurs. Contact us to check on availability and for
additional information that will assist you with your trip planning.
Equipment rentals are available if
necessary.
Shuttle
Service -
There are many interesting
backcountry ventures, which are overlooked
because a drop-off or second vehicle may be necessary. When possible, we provide a shuttle
service for trips of this nature. We also provide secure parking at
our home base in Tupper Lake for those who use our lodging accommodations
for at least one night.
"Sherpa" / Food Drop Service - Allow
us to assist you by
lightening your pack weight or by making food drops for you or your
group. Great services for extended trips! Let us know what you need and
we'll see how we can accommodate you.
Trip
Planning - For those who
prefer self-guided wilderness experiences... let us help you with your
trip planning and
preparation. We provide information for clothing
and equipment/gear needs, as well as maps, what conditions to expect
regarding trails, water levels, wildlife and weather considerations.
We can also assist you with equipment rentals, meal preparation ideas and overnight accommodations,
if preferred.
Photo Memories - We
bring digital cameras on all of our excursions and provide you with a
photo CD so you can share your Adirondack Connections adventure with your friends
and family. We will also create CD slide shows, printed photos and photo collages of your
experience at your request.
