Life is a journey to be enjoyed, not a destination to be reached...
So often we find ourselves "on the run" as we live out our days.
We yearn for breaks from our busyness, peace in our lives and places to rest.
Where better to renew oneself than amidst the serenity, wonders and beauty of Creation?

The Adirondacks offer a variety of outdoor opportunities for whatever experience you are seeking.  We'd be happy to help you plan something that is ideal for you... whether it be a few hours or a few days.  We look forward to serving you!

Autumn adventures in the Adirondacks...

Paddling - Camping - Hiking (optional)

Bog River & Lows Lake Canoe Camping Trip

Wednesday - Friday, Sept 22 - 24, 2010

There's no better place we can think of to experience autumn's arrival.  This is our all time favorite Adirondack fall paddle trip with 2-nights of waterside camping and an optional hiking opportunity. Having a full moon makes it even better!  So much to see and do!  Besides paddling there will be time to relax while listening to and, hopefully, viewing wildlife.  An optional short hike affording spectacular views is planned if time and conditions permit.  Hornbeck Boats, paddling gear, camping gear & meals provided.
Package price: $450.00/person

NOTE:  Overnight camper and/or tent accommodations are included at our meeting location for our guests who desire such the night before or the night we return from this trip.  Motel lodging is also available (for an additional cost) and located 2-5 miles from our summer base location on the Raquette River.

Backpacking - Hiking

West Canada Lake Wilderness Autumn Backpack & Hike Trip

Monday-Thursday, October 4-7, 2010

Package price: $580.00/person

NOTE:  Overnight camper and/or tent accommodations are included at our meeting location for our guests who desire such the night before or the night we return from this trip.  Motel lodging is also available (for an additional cost) and located 2-5 miles from our summer base location on the Raquette River.
