Cancellation charges reflect the many expenses Adirondack Connections, LLC cannot recover if you cancel, even if you must do so due to illness, injury, or personal emergencies. These fees are not meant to be punitive in any way. The charges made reflect the expenses Adirondack Connections, LLC has incurred in administering your reservation and planning for your participation. We recognize that the majority of those who cancel their reservations do so out of necessity. 

To qualify for any refunds, Adirondack Connections, LLC must receive cancellation notification in writing, by email or mail.

Please note: In the unfortunate event that you must cancel your trip, your cancellation fee will be determined as follows:

• 50% of the trip price will be refunded if trip is canceled at least 30 days prior to the departure date. 

• 25% of the trip price will be refunded if trip is canceled 14 - 29 days prior to the departure date. 

• There is no refund for cancellations less than 14 days prior to the departure date. Please note that we do not make any refunds for any unused portion of your trip, not arriving, arriving late, early returns or aborted trips.

• Adirondack Connections, LLC reserves the right to cancel or alter a trip due to unforeseen weather, unsafe conditions, low registrations or other circumstances, however we have never done this. If Adirondack Connections, LLC must cancel a trip, you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to re-schedule at another time. Adirondack Connections, LLC is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled trips, including airplane tickets.

In regards to trips involving lodging and a group minimum, if we have a waiting list and can fill your spot, all but $50 will be credited to your account with us.  You will have the option to re-schedule another trip with us in the next 12 months, or the trip fees you have paid may be transferred from one person to another, if, in the opinion of Adirondack Connections, LLC staff, it is determined that the other person is in the proper physical condition to participate in that trip.
